For Domestic customers we offer a free collect and return service in the Burton area, and a no fix no fee operating methodology. Hourly rates are very competitive, and with over 10 years trading you can trust us to solve your issues quickly and cost effectively.
Most businesses depend heavily on IT, so our support offerings for businesses are geared towards rapid resolution to problems. Our online fault logging system coupled with our remote monitoring solutions allow us to see problems as they arise, often before the client notices.
In many cases we can fix problems remotely. For business critical issues such as server or network failure we can respond same-day.
For larger businesses, we can create a support contract to fit your needs and budget.
